After a transaction, your private information (NOTE: actual credit card numbers are NOT stored), government issued identification card numbers - such as a state id card or driver's license, personal information, etc. will be kept on file for not less than 180 days in order to respond to any requests by law enforcement agencies which are Inmate Financial Clients or closely associated with an Inmate Financial Client.
